Crafted in honor of the adventurous spirit of famous Portuguese explorer Magellan, this edition is a 17 year old single barrel straight rye whiskey finished in two consecutive rounds after initial maturation in virgin charred American oak. The first consists of rare oak staves from northern Spain carrying hues of warm cinnamon and allspice. The second is South American teakwood which adds layers of sweet caramel and more spice. This coveted whiskey was released in limited quantities and offers a boundless sense of discovery from the first pour to the last sip.
